You can access application settings from the main tab bar.
Upgrade to Pro - upgrade application to the Pro version and remove all limits. Limits in free version:
Maximum number of cloud accounts - 3,
Number of playlists - 3,
Number of songs in player queue - 750,
Number of songs in one playlist - 1000,
Download album/artists/genres - you can download tracks one by one using more actions menu but downloading all tracks in one tap in album/artist/genres/playlists screen available only in Pro version.
Download folders - you can download files one by one but folders download available only in Pro.
Evermusic Pro (app with red icon) has the same functionality as Evermusic Free (blue icon) with activated purchase. So there is no need to install red app if you have already upgraded blue app with purchase. These apps has different bundle id so if you activate in-app purchase in blue app you will not be able install red app for free.
Restore purchases - if you already purchased app and reinstalled it again you can use this menu item to restore you purchase and continue using pro version.
What’s new - see what is new in updated application. This menu item is visible only after update.
Audio player - all audio player settings available here like equalizer, crossfade playback, audio player cache, song loading and so on.
General - here you can find all general player settings.
Repeat - tap repeat menu item if you want to change repeat mode. Available options: All - repeat all tracks in the player queue, One - repeat only one track, Stop - stop player when track finished, Disabled - do not repeat tracks in the player queue.
Shuffle - change tracks order randomly. This action changes tracks order in the player queue and tracks are played one by one with new order. Available options: Disabled, Enabled.
Audio output mode - if this option active audio output will be mixed with other audio apps on your device. This feature is useful for games and dj sets.
Save playback position - save last played position for tracks in your music library. So when you tap to play track again it will continue playing from the latest saved media position.
Restore audio player state - save and restore audio player queue with now playing item and current media position between application launches. When you open the app tap and hold play button for 3 seconds to restore last saved player state.
Fast forward and rewind buttons - when this option active additional controls will appear on the player screen and you can quickly jump to the new media position. You can set seek time to 5, 10, 30 seconds. Useful for audio books and lectures.
Song Loading - change song loading network type. Available options - Wi-Fi only or Wi-Fi and Cellular data.
Network buffering - set buffering time interval. You may increase this value if you have poor network connection.
Number of attempts - change number of song loading attempts before give up.
Audio equalizer - change audio equalizer settings like preset or preamplifier gain.
Speed - you can change player speed here.
Crossfade playback - useful feature which lets the songs play without any silence between. You can enable this feature and change crossfade duration.
Audio player cache - when enabled next song will be loaded automatically to the local storage to prevent gaps between song during switching. You can change cache size and clear all cached tracks here. This feature activates automatically if you use crossfade playback.
Recents - you can clear the list of recently played songs here.
Music library - your music library settings like automatic sync, metadata reading, loading of album artworks, playlists located here.
Automatic synchronization - when enabled tracks from your network accounts will be automatically added to your music library. But if you want to play them offline you need to download them manually. For best performance you need to set synchronized folders so only selected folders will sync to your music library.
Metadata reading - when enabled tracks metadata will be loaded automatically and tracks appeared in your library will be grouped by Artist/Genre/Album. You can enable automatic correction of audio tags and tracks metadata will be corrected in your music library automatically. This action only updates metadata in your music library and does not change audio files stored in your cloud account. If you want to edit metadata for audio file use corresponding action from the options menu.
Album covers - by default application loads missing artworks to your music library from the internet when you connected to the WiFi network. You can change this settings here and increase or decrease cache size for album artworks.
Playlists - Allow duplicates in playlist - when enabled you can add duplicate songs to a playlist. By default this feature is disabled so track appears only once in the playlist.
Delete music library - delete all tracks from you music library but don’ t touch audio files on your network account.
Passcode - activates password protection screen if you want to protect your application data.
Download files - choose network type when you download files to your device.
Number of active downloads - set number of parallel download threads. Set maximum number if you want to download files very quickly but this will need extra battery power.
Save downloaded files - set default downloads directory or ask every time where to save files.
Edit files. Set Show file name extensions if you need this in file manager. Disable file editing operations like copy, move, delete if you don’t want to delete some important files accidentally.
Thumbnails - clear generated file thumbnails to free up storage.
WiFi-Drive - activates WiFi transfer feature which allows you to transfer files from computer to iOS device using desktop web browser.
Interface - you can change user interface theme and activate dark mode here. Number of items per page is 100 by default for the best performance but you can change this value to force the app load all items immediately. Screen always active - activate this feature if you want screen to be active when you use the application. Set album artwork as background image for music visualization but this requires extra resources from your device. Simple design level is useful if you need simple user interface for example when VoiceOver feature is active.
Language - change application language and override default system settings.
Backup & restore - use this feature to backup all your application data or migrate it to another device. You can choose which data you want to migrate. Music library - all your tracks in music library, including playlists. Offline tracks will not backup because you can download it again quickly. Album artwork - all you cached album covers. Settings - all your application settings. To start backup operation just tap backup button and select destination folder where you want to save backup. To restore application data from backup file tap Restore button and select backup file from online storage.
Search - update and enable Spotlight index so you tracks will appear in device global search.
